Return Policy and Conditions
Right of Return: As a customer, you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The return period begins on the day the goods are received. Please note that food, tea, and coffee are excluded from the right of return.
Exercising the Right of Return: To exercise your right of return, please inform us within the 14-day period of your decision to cancel the contract. Sending your notice within the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of the return: In the event of a valid return, both parties must reimburse the services received. You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Goods suitable for parcel shipping must be returned by you. Goods not suitable for parcel shipping will be picked up by us, in which case the pickup costs are to be borne by you.
Compensation for loss of value: If the goods have deteriorated, compensation for loss of value may be claimed; however, this does not apply to deterioration resulting solely from the inspection of the goods. You are liable for a loss of value of the goods only if it is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for inspection.
Avoid liability for compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from any action that could diminish the value of the goods.
