The province of Jiangsu is home to one of China’s famous rare tea varieties: Pi Lo Chun, also known as Bi Luo Chun or Bi Lu Chun. Translated, the name means “Jade Green Spring Snail.” The tea features delicate leaves and a light green to yellow color.
