Indonesia: King of the Jungle
This full-bodied coffee comes from the Gayo Highlands in northern Sumatra. The coffee plants grow at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,600 meters under shade trees. This resource-conserving cultivation method is part of a project that promotes environmentally conscious practices and helps protect the habitat of endangered orangutans.
In the cup, the Indonesia King of the Jungle is robust, full-bodied, and deeply spicy. Dark chocolate, tobacco, and subtle vanilla define its dark, long-lasting aroma. A coffee full of character for anyone who enjoys intensely roasted coffees with plenty of body.
The grind size can be selected to suit the brewing method. For pour-over coffee, we recommend the HARIO V60 ceramic dripper, size 02, with the corresponding HARIO V60 paper filters, size 02. This coffee is also suitable for French press, fully automatic machines, and espresso machines.
