Colombia Pink Bourbon – Huila Single Origin
Origin & Variety
A rare Pink Bourbon from the highlands of Huila, Colombia, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,700 meters and above. The variety originated from natural crossbreeding of red and yellow Bourbon plants and is considered one of the most aromatic Arabica varieties.
Processing & Roasting
The beans are carefully fermented and processed using the washed method, resulting in a delicate, transparent cup with a clear structure. For best results, we recommend a fine to medium grind for drip coffee makers or fully automatic machines.
