The strictly selected SL28 Arabica beans are grown and harvested by hand at the Josra Farm at an altitude of 1,850 meters. Thanks to the unique combination of a cool tropical climate, red volcanic soil, and the expertise of the Masai farmers, the beans develop their full aroma. Through traditional washing with clear mountain water and gentle drying, a coffee emerges with extravagant fruitiness, bright acidity, and creamy richness.
