The Brasil Fazenda Paraíso is an exquisite Arabica specialty from southern Minas Gerais. At an altitude of about 900 meters, the coffee cherries ripen under mild conditions. After being carefully hand-picked, they are processed using the honey method. The result is a creamy, sweet coffee with pleasant acidity and a complex flavor profile.

Preparation and Grind

Choose the coffee unground or ground to suit your brewing method:

• Fine: Espresso machine, espresso maker, or pour-over
• Medium: Filter coffee
• Coarse: French press

For pour-over brewing, we recommend the HARIO V60 Ceramic Dripper Size 02 in white and the HARIO V60 paper filters, Size 02, white, 100-pack.
