A rare treat with a name
This Jacu Bird coffee is an exceptional specialty coffee from Brazil. The select Arabica beans grow in Minas Gerais at an altitude of 900 to 1,100 meters under optimal conditions. After careful hand-picking, only the best cherries are selected by hand. Using the labor-intensive “Pulped Natural” method, in which some of the pulp remains attached to the coffee, the beans are gently processed. This is how this coffee develops its unique aroma—notes of dark chocolate and orange zest meet a silky-sweet body. A top-class Brazilian coffee.
Which grind size is suitable for which brewing method:
- Extra fine: guarantees a stronger aroma for your mocha preparation.
- Fine: a more standard to milder aroma for your espresso machine, espresso maker, or pour-over.
- Medium: for conventional filter coffee makers.
- Coarse: a slightly milder aroma for your coffee maker. (French press)
