Papua New Guinea Sigri
Discover an exceptional coffee from the island of New Guinea—Sigri coffee. This fine Arabica specialty is grown on the Sigri plantation at an altitude of 1,700 meters. The tropical mountain climate, with nighttime temperatures around 10 degrees, provides ideal growing conditions. After the harvest between June and September, the coffee cherries are carefully hand-sorted. This is followed by fermentation with honey, which gives Sigri coffee its particularly sweet note. Drying on African beds and storage at the moment of perfect aroma make this coffee a fantastic taste experience with berry-like sweetness and a smooth body.
