Guatemala Lampocoy
This Guatemala Lampocoy is an exquisite specialty coffee from the highlands of Huehuetenango. The strictly selected Arabica beans are grown on small family farms around the Zunil volcano. At an altitude of 1,600 to 1,800 meters, the coffee bushes thrive under optimal conditions. After careful hand-picking, only fully ripe cherries are processed using the honey method. This gentle processing allows the Lampocoy to develop its exceptional aroma—floral and fruity notes meet fine chocolate and a silky-creamy body. A Guatemalan coffee for the ultimate enjoyment.
Which grind size is suitable for which brewing method:
- Extra fine: guarantees a stronger aroma for your mocha preparation.
- Fine: a more standard to milder aroma for your espresso machine, espresso maker, or pour-over.
- Medium: for conventional filter coffee makers.
- Coarse: a slightly milder aroma for your coffee maker. (French press)
