Colombia Swiss Water Process (decaffeinated)
Origin and Plantation:
Caffeine is a natural substance found in many different plants, but especially in coffee. It has a stimulating effect and is therefore not suitable for everyone or at all times. But that’s no reason to give up coffee. Decaffeinated coffee was developed specifically for coffee lovers who want to enjoy the taste and aroma of coffee without the stimulating effects of caffeine. Chemical processes have been developed for decaffeination, but we do not use them at all. Our decaffeination is carried out exclusively using the natural Swiss “Swiss Water Process.” This process uses no chemicals, only water. This ensures that the original character of this coffee, with its full flavor and aroma, is perfectly preserved.

Anyone who associates decaffeinated coffee with a bland taste will be pleasantly surprised. This coffee impresses with its rich aroma and a body and depth that can easily hold its own against its non-decaffeinated counterpart.
Which grind size is suitable for which preparation method:
- An extra-fine grind guarantees a stronger aroma for your mocha preparation.
- A fine grind offers a more standard to milder aroma for your espresso machine, espresso maker, or manual brew.
- Medium grind for conventional filter coffee makers.
- Coarse grind provides a slightly milder aroma for your coffee maker (French press).
