Barahona AA
This Barahona AA coffee is a select Arabica specialty from the Dominican Republic. The strictly selected Typica beans are grown on small family farms in the Sierra de Bahoruco. The mild mountain climate at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,700 meters provides optimal growing conditions. After careful hand-picking, only ripe cherries are processed. Through gentle washing methods and air-drying, this coffee develops its characteristic profile—floral and fruity aromas meet a pleasant acidity and a balanced body. A top-class connoisseur coffee.
Which grind size is suitable for which brewing method:
- Extra fine: guarantees a stronger aroma for your mocha preparation.
- Fine: a more standard to milder aroma for your espresso machine, espresso maker, or pour-over.
- Medium: for conventional drip coffee makers.
- Coarse: a slightly milder aroma for your coffee maker. (French press)
